名護教会
去る５月１０日（日）は司教様訪問とマリア祭の日でした。司教様とともに、マリア様に一人ずつ持ってきた花をお捧げしました。今年はベトナムの信徒４名の皆さんが侍者をつとめてくださり感謝でした。ミサ後の祝賀会では、司教様のお誕生日のために、みなで声を合わせてハッピーバースデーの曲を元気よく歌ってお祝いしました。みんなが持ち寄った美味しい手料理、デザートなどを堪能しながら、とても楽しく和やかなひと時を過ごすことができました。司教様をはじめ、マイケル神父様、シスター方、侍者の方々、参加されたみなさま、本当にありがとうございました。
５月１７日（日）は、母の日の祝福をマイケル神父様からいただき、ミサ後は男性の会からの豪華なケーキのプレゼントが贈られ、みなでお祝いしました。お母さん方への感謝の気持ちが込められたケーキは、とても甘くておいしいと喜ばれました。
これからも名護教会に人々が集い、この教会に何度も足を運びたいと思ってもらえるような温かい雰囲気の満ちた教会になっていけますよう祈っていきたいと思います。

Bishop’s Visit and Mother’s Day Celebration at Nago Church
On Sunday, May 10th, we welcomed the Bishop for his visit, which coincided with the Feast of Our Lady. Together with the Bishop, each of us offered a flower to Blessed Virgin Mary. This year, we were especially grateful to have four Vietnamese parishioners serving as altar servers.
After Mass, we held a joyful celebration for the Bishop’s birthday. Everyone sang “Happy Birthday to You” with great energy. We all enjoyed delicious homemade dishes and desserts that people had brought, creating a warm and happy atmosphere. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Bishop, Fr. Michael, the Sisters, the altar servers, and all who participated.
On Sunday, May 17th, Fr. Michael gave a special blessing for Mother’s Day. After Mass, the Men’s Group presented a beautiful large cake, and we celebrated together. The mothers were delighted with the cake, which was made with so much love and tasted wonderfully sweet.
We will continue to pray that Nago Church remains a warm and welcoming place where people feel drawn to gather and return again and again.

Visita del Obispo y Celebración del Día de la Madre en la Iglesia de Nago
El domingo 10 de mayo dimos la bienvenida al Obispo en su visita, que coincidió con la Fiesta de Nuestra Señora. Junto con el Obispo, cada uno de nosotros ofreció una flor a la Santísima Virgen María. Este año agradecemos especialmente a cuatro fieles vietnamitas que sirvieron como monaguillos.
Después de la Misa, celebramos con alegría el cumpleaños del Obispo. Todos cantamos “Happy Birthday to You” con mucho entusiasmo y energía. Disfrutamos de los deliciosos platos caseros y postres que cada uno había llevado, creando un ambiente muy cálido y alegre. Queremos expresar nuestro más sincero agradecimiento al Obispo, al P. Michael, a las Hermanas, a los monaguillos y a todos los que participaron.
El domingo 17 de mayo, el P. Michael impartió una bendición especial con motivo del Día de la Madre. Después de la Misa, el Grupo de Hombres obsequió una hermosa torta grande y todos juntos celebramos. Las madres se mostraron muy contentas con el pastel, que estaba hecho con tanto cariño y tenía un sabor maravillosamente dulce.
Seguiremos orando para que la Iglesia de Nago siga siendo un lugar cálido y acogedor, donde las personas se sientan atraídas a reunirse y deseen volver una y otra vez.

Đức Giám Mục Thăm Viếng và Chúc Mừng Ngày Hiền Mẫu tại Giáo xứ Nago
Chúa Nhật (10.5) vừa qua là ngày Đức Giám Mục đến thăm Giáo xứ Nago, và cũng là ngày bổn mạng của Giáo xứ (Đức Mẹ Sao Biển). Cùng với Đức Cha, mỗi người chúng tôi đã dâng những đoá hoa tươi thắm lên Mẹ Maria. Năm nay, được sự trợ giúp của 4 bạn trẻ giáo dân Việt Nam trong việc giúp lễ, Thánh lễ ngày càng long trọng và sốt sắng hơn.
Sau Thánh lễ, chúng tôi tổ chức buổi chúc mừng sinh nhật Đức Cha. Mọi người cùng nhau hát bài “Happy Birthday to You” đầy hân hoan vui mừng, chia san niềm vui với Ngài. Để phục vụ trong bữa tiệc nho nhỏ, ai nấy đều mang theo những món ăn ngon tự làm và bánh trái tráng miệng, tạo nên bầu không khí ấm cúng, vui tươi và thiết thân. Xin chân thành cảm tạ Đức Cha, Cha xứ Mi-ca-e Vinh, quý Soeur, các bạn giúp lễ và toàn thể anh chị em đã nhiệt tâm tham dự.
Ngoài ra, Chúa Nhật (17.5), Cha quản nhiệm Mi-ca-e Vinh đã ban phép lành cho các bà mẹ nhân Ngày Hiền mẫu. Ngay sau Thánh lễ, nhóm quý ông tặng quà là một chiếc bánh kem thật đẹp, lớn và ngon, mọi người cùng chung vui với nhau giữa những tiếng cười rộn rã. Quý bà, quý cô rất đỗi vui mừng không chỉ vì chiếc bánh kem vừa ngon vừa ngọt ngào, mà còn cảm nhận tấm lòng chia san, tri ân của cộng đoàn.
Chúng con xin mọi người xa gần tiếp tục cầu nguyện cho Giáo xứ Nago chúng con luôn trở thành mái nhà đầy yêu thương, cộng đoàn nhiệt thành, thân thiện, là nơi mà ai nấy đều mong muốn quy tụ và trở lại nhiều lần nữa.
